Description: This is the story of two young men who set out to cross the country by motor SCOOTER!, not motorcycle, in the cold of winter, and who have the type of adventures that real people have, not the kind that action movies are based on.There are several philosophical observances in the book that it took me some years and experience to appreciate, but on each re-reading I love it more.
