Carnosaur by John Brosnan & Leroy Kettle

Description: David Pascal is a young reporter in the British countryside living with his mother. He becomes suspicious of a wildlife connoisseur named Penward of illegally bringing undiscovered animals into the country after making several observations of what had happened during the investigations of gruesome killings by a "tiger". Pascal has an affair with Penward's wife, Lady Jane, and discovers the secret: Penward has cloned dinosaurs from mummified DNA and had transcribed it into a animal cell. But that is not all that Pascal disovers. Penward believes in eugenics (the belief that a species is more superior than the other), and wants to re-establish the dinosaur on Earth.

A SCIFI/mystery thriller at its best!!
