Description: -When I first read this book, it took me a while to get into it - once I did, I could not put it down. It's the story of a group of older gentlement who get together as The Chowder Society to tell each other ghost stories...one in particular involves something that happened to them when they were much younger and revolves around a very dark character that seems to keep coming back to haunt generations of their families. Incredible.
