Three of the stories in this book were written during the Lovecraftian association. A fourth was completed in 1951. The fifth story was started by Mr. Eddy in 1967, but was not completed due to his death later that year. It is a fictionalized parallelism of Eddy's and Lovecraft's literary liasion.
