Description: This book is totally original. It's sort of long, but I couldn't put it down. Everything about it was exciting. The book follows characters Jack and Charlie, two friends in London, England. Charlie has always been the cool one, but one day he suddenly gains super powers- like mind control, flying and awesome kung-fu skills- which the author describes in detail. Then Jack finds out that the powers come from a demon called the scourge who is using Charlie to complete its master plan. Jack teams up with Esme, a girl sho has been trained since birth to fight the scourge. Charlie disappears and Jack and Esme follow him into Hell- which is described in hilarious detail, where they try to save him (and maybe mankind).

This book is so good!!! The author makes it really exciting and funny. You have to read this. Plus the jacket comes off and folds out into a cool full sized poster by John Jude Palencar. So even if you didn't like the book, it worth it to get just for the poster.
