Dear Reader,
Welcome to the official Five Ancestors series Web site! The Five Ancestors is an action-packed adventure series that follows five young "temple" brothers who have each mastered a different kung fu animal fighting style, including Tiger, Monkey, Snake, Crane, and Dragon. When their temple is destroyed, each young warrior monk must set out on his own to figure out his past in order to save their future!
The series was inspired by an old kung fu legend and bits of Chinese history -- some of which dates back over 1,500 years! This site includes features that will give you more information on when the Five Ancestors series takes place. You can explore 1650 China with an interactive map, have fun with some activities, and even view illustrations of fighting postures used in the books.
In the series, Grandmaster tells the brothers, "Uncover the past, for it is the future." I hope that learning more about the back-story of the Five Ancestors will make your reading experience more enjoyable. Have fun with the site, and come back often for the latest updates!
Wishing you a lifetime of adventures,
Jeff Stone This author has been recommended by 31 other readers. | |
