| Born and reared in Lafayette, Indiana, graduated Purdue with a BA in journalism, and minor in psychology. Wrote children's books, then moved over to writing for Prevue Magazine, and from there adapted the Heavy Metal 2000 movie into a novel, followed by Battlestar Galactica, and Alien Factor, and an Outer Limits novel. | |
