Risa Aratyr's first published work was a brace of poems in a slim, cheaply-made anthology--VOICES OF POETRY--for which she was paid in copies. Her novel, HUNTER OF THE LIGHT, received praise from such luminaries as Marion Zimmer Bradley and Tad Williams, spawned a net-based RPG game, and garnered a 5-out-of-5 star rating from the Amazon.com reader reviews. Risa is also known for her articles on families and children in Mothering and Baby Talk magazines, and has written educational supplements for the New York Times the San Francisco Chronicle. She is currently seeking a publisher for her second Éirinn novel, SHADOW'S ROAD while working on a futuristic "space-noir" fantasy, DARKDAYS. This author has been recommended by 5 other readers. | |
