Jeff was born in Minneapolis but grew up in Canada. He worked at several dead-end jobs after leaving high school, eventually settling on teaching and the military as his favourites. He often sees many interesting things taking place while working with teenagers, which he generally prefers to people. He will write about these precious moments from time to time, provided it doesn't start to feel like homework.
