James Doulgeris has served as president, CEO, and board member of companies in the healthcare industry for the past twenty-five years. This executive management experience, includes for-profit, non-profit, public and private companies in the hospital, ancillary provider, medical device and health care services sectors. Mr. Doulgeris co-founded Orthopedic Development Corporation and MinSurg Corporation, serving as its President, CEO and Director from 2003 until September of 2008, managing its TruFUSE product from design to an internationally recognized minimally invasive solution for chronic back pain. Mr. Doulgeris worked in high-level crisis and turnaround management capacities from 1991 through 2003 in a variety of industries with an emphasis on healthcare providers. In 1983, he co-founded and led National Comtel Systems, Inc. as its CEO until 1991, growing it to be the fifteenth largest hospital contract manager in the United States. Doulgeris resides in Palm Harbor, Florida, with his wife and three children.
