William (Bill) Henslee has won numerous awards for short story fiction
including Best Short Story in a University Publication in Texas (2000), Third Place
(2003) and Finalist (2005) in the Tony Hillerman National Mystery Contest sponsored
by Cowboys and Indians Magazine. Most of his work is in the genres of Mystery and Suspense/Thriller.
He has an MA in Humanities and an MA in Literature and is currently working on a
thesis for a History MA. He has taught writing at the University of Houston--Clear
Lake as an adjunct professor and was the Founder/Director of the UHCL Creative
Writing Project. He is currently working on two novels. | |
